Common questions and answers
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Go to Settings → Manage Subscription → Cancel Subscription. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees. Please review our Terms of Service for complete details.
How does the free trial work?
New users receive a 5-day free trial with full access to all premium features. The trial begins immediately upon activation. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
What happens if I forget to cancel during the trial?
If you don't cancel before your trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription plan you selected. We send reminder emails before your trial expires. All charges are final and non-refundable.
How do I change my subscription plan?
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through Settings → Manage Subscription. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
I'm having trouble logging in. What should I do?
Try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. If you continue to have issues, contact support@fullyalive.app with your email address.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account by contacting support@fullyalive.app. Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be deleted within 30 days.
